I was delighted to be a part of the delegation with HH Dr. Sayyida Muna Al-Said, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Sultan Qaboos University and Ms. Maryam Al Zadjali, Chairperson, Dar Al Atta to visit UNICEF’s Global Supply and Logistics Hub in Copenhagen. We were pleased to learn about the important role played by UNICEF’s Supply Division and the process of UNICEF’s procurement and logistics operations. During the visit we had the opportunity to tour UNICEF’s Humanitarian Warehouse and Showroom and the automated storage area which had advanced logistics system. We appreciate the efforts of UNICEF Supply Division and their collaboration with different organizations to provide & distribute materials to children worldwide.
