To strengthen trade and investment relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar, the Omani Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and the Qatari Ministry of Commerce and Industry organized the Omani-Qatari Investment Forum, attended by a group of prominent figures from both countries, including HE Ibtisam Ahmed Al Farooji, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and HE Mohammed Hassan Al Malki, the Undersecretary of the Qatari Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Omani-Qatari Investment Forum was a valuable platform to learn about diverse collaboration opportunities and represents a significant step towards enhancing economic cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar, fostering investment growth and unlocking new horizons, in alignment with the aspirations of both nations. I was pleased to meet and discuss opportunities with HE Ambassador Sayyid Ammar Abdullah Al Busaidi, Oman's Ambassador to Doha and Mr. Abdulrahman Abdullah Al Ansari, a board member of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the forum.
