In recognition of the strengthening ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of South Africa, I was honored to attend the inauguration of the South African Honorary Consulate in Muscat under the patronage of HE Khalid Hashil Al Musalhi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and in the presence of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors.
